Payment options


  • Online Credit Card Payment: We accept domestic VISA, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards.
  • Bank Transfer: Please transfer the payment to the bank account we provide. After completing the transfer, visit the order inquiry page to check the status of your order and enter the remittance information for us to process and ship your order.

Shipping & delivery


  • Store-to-Store Delivery: We offer 7-11 and Family Mart store-to-store delivery services. Orders within Taiwan typically take 2-3 business days, while orders to outlying islands (such as Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu) take 3-5 business days.
  • Chunghwa Post Parcel Delivery: Delivery within Taiwan usually takes 2-3 business days, and 3-5 business days for outlying islands.
  • Order Processing Time: All orders require 2 business days for preparation and dispatch.
  • Parcel Tracking: We provide parcel tracking services. You can check the status of your package on the order inquiry page.
  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from Guangfu Township, Hualien County.
